If, in our sole opinion we deem the item requires repair because of incorrect use or normal wear and tear, a quote will be provided for the repair and return of the item and the item and will be returned once this amount has been paid. This warranty will be voided if, in our sole opinion any unauthorised third-party repairs, tampering or opening of the watch cases has occurred.
