If you want to know the exact day that your shipment will arrive, it will be best to call the courier directly on 1300 853 070 and quote your tracking number, and they will be able to give you a more accurate estimation of the delivery date.

6 things to check before riding your e-bike: 

1. Make sure all bolts are tightened, in particular, the crank centre bolts.
2. Charge the battery fully before you use the electric bike
3. Check the tyres are inflated to the recommended air pressure. (the recommended tire pressure is indicated on the tyres)
4. Adjust the brakes and make sure they are aligned and calibrated so that there wouldn't be any noises and the wheel spins freely.
5. Set the upper and lower limits for the gear derailleur and fine tune the alignment of gears. Also, you must lubricate them for proper maintenance.

​​​​Important Reminder: Once you received the e-bike, we recommend to have it assembled by a professional. You may go to your nearest bike shop and get your bike serviced after 1 month of use to ensure all aspects of the bike are set and calibrated correctly.
