I used to love cooking jaffles with the old manual jaffle-iron over the gas stove. I haven't had gas now for many years, and I have been using a sandwich-maker to try to emulate the jaffle, without success. I saw this product advertised and immediately purchased it. I am now enjoying tasty jaffles just like I used to make. I wish I had found it years ago!
