Use Directions (For Cometics, Medicines etc): Starting with clean, dry lashes, position the applicator at the base of the lash line and wriggle from root to tip. Repeat until the desired result is achieved. Allow primer to dry for around 10 seconds before finishing with your favourite DB mascara.
