Shipping Details

• Deliveries are to be made to the buyer's address registered in your account

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number is correct as we cannot refund if you do not receive your item due to incorrect information given.

• Tracking details are added to your purchase once the item has been booked in for collection with the chosen carrier. 

• Buyers are responsible for tracking their goods. 

• Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to us as a result of unsuccessful delivery. 

• The transport company provides only one driver on the truck.  If you item is over 25kgs please make sure you have someone available that's capable of helping the driver unload the item from the truck. 

• Couriers only deliver to ground level. If you have any special requirements or if a specialised service is required, an extra charge may apply.

• We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple items. The buyer is to pay the shipping and handling fee if this is noted on the listing.

• Items will be shipped once full payment has been received.

• Most shipments will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (Excluding weekends & public holidays)

• Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery, longer for remote locations.

• We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods once they have left our premises. 

• If any problem does arise, please contact us so we can help resolve any issues.

• Please note that the delivery time frame on this listing is an estimate. 

• If you require your purchase before a specific time frame/ within a certain time frame, please contact us for your delivery options.

• Delivery for grates over 1900mm may take longer as they sometimes require a specialised vehicle to accommodate the size

A lifetime rustproof warranty is offered on all Lauxes floor grates to the original owner of the product. This guarantees that should all or part of the installed Lauxes floor grate* develop rust to the physical structure of the grate; Lauxes Grates shall replace all or part of the warranted product at no cost to the consumer, provided the steps below have taken place:

• Lauxes floor grates were installed by a licensed tradesman and in accordance with AS 3740-2010.

• Primary clean must also take place immediately after installation as outlined in our Product Care information.

Lauxes grates are carefully designed and manufactured to the highest standard with meticulous attention to detail. It is because of this care we stand behind your recently purchased unique, cost effective and rust proof product.

Damages arising from improper/insufficient/negligence care or installation not in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.2 or manufacturers specifications will void the product warranty.

If at any time the product itself should develop any defect, Lauxes Grates agree to correct the defect(s) without charge to the registered purchaser. This guarantee does not provide coverage of repairs necessitated by normal wear, misuse, accidental damage or as a result from changes in temperature.
