Dispatch closure:
Our warehouse is closed between 22/12/2023 and 8/01/2024. Please allow additional days for delivery of orders placed during this period. All orders will be dispatched when we reopen on 9/08/2024.

Sydney: Next business day delivery
Metro/Regional areas: 3 - 8 business days
Tracking details will be provided to stay up to date with the status of your delivery.
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
Christmas cut off:
Please order by 17/12 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Faulty Item Returns
We accept returns for faulty products within the product's warranty period. We reserve the right not to offer a refund where the faulty product is a result of customer misuse, abuse or handling.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in a brand new, unused and unopened condition in full original packaging. We charge a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns.
Warranty Policy
All brand-new goods sold by Q Vision include a full manufacturer guarantee that covers any technical faults occurring within the warranty period.
