2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

I have been hand washing for years as my place is not big enough for a full-sized washing machine. The first time I used this washing machine I loved it. mind you it is gravity-draining as there is no pump and the spin feature is a little slow to do a great job of wringing out the water. But all in all, this is the best thing ever as I no longer need to suffer from my arthritis when washing my clothes. Highly Recommend it to all who do not have the space for a full-sized machine.
