MORENA COSMETICS offer free delivery for orders over $100 in Australia. We use Australia Post to provide our customers with great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to change freight providers, or substitute freight providers, from time to time without providing further notice. Orders less than $100 shipping cost may vary depending on the product that is being ordered.

Return

To be eligible for a return, it will only applicable if an item is faulty but will need to be sent back to MORENA Cosmetics

Please ensure the products are sent back in its original package.

If you return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
