I made my first chicken stew the second night I received my pressure cooker I was nervous I called my sister as she has a pressure cooker and purchased this one for my birthday I absolutely love it. The stew was delicious and cooked just right I thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend the Digilex Pressure Cooker it has several functions I am looking forward to trying out.
