Use Method and Precautions:
* Keep Relaxed before measuring, sit down quietly for a moment.
* Palms up, put the Arm band parallel to the heart.
* Palms up, keep the intake pipe and the arteries parallelled.
* Wrap the Arm band around your arm tightly in the opposite direction, paste - together.
* Place one finger into it is the most appropriate.
* Keep the Arm band parallelled to the heart, palms up.
* Press the on/off button, keep relaxed and start measuring.
* High pressure, low pressure, pluse instantly display after 40 seconds.
* NOTE: Batteries are NOT included. The monitor must level with your heart,don't move or talk during testing, this is critical step to get accurate results.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy
We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund for Change of mind within 14 days once item delivered. Warranty Policy
