Lilo & Stitch is a 2002 animated Disney film featuring an orphaned Hawaiian girl names Lilo and the extra terrestrial creature Experiment 626, who is adopted as Lilo's 'dog' and later renamed Stitch. Stitch is genetically engineered to cause chaos and so their many adventures (and dramas) begin! Stay tuned - because in 2025 Lilo & Stitch are making a come-back in a new Live Action film featuring Maia Kealoha as Lilo and Chris Sanders, reprising his voice role as Stitch. Warranty Claims & Returns

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
