If you have not received your order or have received an incorrect product or a damaged product, or an incomplete order; please do not worry and contact the support team, we are here to help and will take appropriate action.

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase with us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement.

In the event your order does not arrive, you must notify us within 5 business days after the expected delivery date, as we would have to investigate with the courier/logistics. This can take further 7 business days, before we offer an appropriate resolution to you.

If your item arrives damaged or defective/faulty or incorrect, you must notify our customer service team within 3-5 days of the delivery date and share as much details as possible including any photographic or short video evidence to support your claim.
