The Donjoy Porostrap back support is a lumbar support that alleviates lumbar pain by exerting strong compression via the two bilateral strong elasticated straps.

Donjoy Porostrap back support is designed to offer a high level of support to lower back and core with maximum support.

The new, low profile design features an ease of adjustment with straps that offer optimum comfort. The straps can be adjusted to offer targeted compression and a secure, comfortable fit.

The ergonomic, low profile front panels are comfortable for both standing and sitting positions and fit discreetly under clothing

It is suitable for those who lead a sedentary lifestyle, moderately active, leisure activities and carrying out lightweight tasks.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
