You can't choose between delivery without or with delivery. On arrival of your parcel, please check your items for damages caused by shipping. In case you find any issue, please take a photo for the item in the box , photo of the sticker on the parcel 📦 and contact us immediately thru your MyDeal account. Failing to do this within the first 7 calendar days of the delivery, our insurance company won’t be cover the damage .
all our electrical products are under 2 years warranty
if on arrival, Dorsch will make sure that spare/replaced items on their expenses
if under warranty (electrical), customer to ship product back to Dorsch for fixing, otherwise, Dorsch can send "free" the electrical spare part required.
all non-Electrical products have on-arrival warranty,
in case of "on arrival" Damage, customer needs to:
1- take a photo of the parcel during unpacking
2- take a photo of the shipment label on the box
3- take a photo of the damaged product
our products' logisitcs is insured only 10 days of arrival (10 days from elivery date), if 11 passes from delivery date, refund /return is not acceptable, as it's not insured
