We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Arrived super quick, and great bed frame. Unfortunately mattress didn't arrive until a week later, even though it was ordered by the same retailer at the same time. Not ideal really.

The frame was a described and good quality. Be prepared to wait for your order as the courier service is very poor.

We made our order and 2/3 sections arrived within 2 days and the 3rd section arrived the following day. For the money we are very happy with the quality, my 15yr old daughter put the bed together on her own following the instructions and the bed raises as explained.

Amazing! I cannot believe how easy and simple this gas lift bed was to put together! The speedy arrival, the unpacking of items, I'm no internet shopper nor am I one to put flatpacks together! I had family on standby just in case, but I actually put this together by myself! I didn't rush it and in no time could see you didn't need to be a rocket scientist to put the bed together! I had also already purchased a good firm mattress to go on the base, and bam, altogether and made it up and so happy with my gas lift bed. I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a main bed, and have limited storage, this is the perfect bed!

Here is is 15 days after my purchase and still waiting on 1 box from the delivery. Received 2 cartons on 7th Dec and still waiting for the bed end and slats. Dont know where it is and really upset as the lady it was for was sleeping on a mattress waiting for the package and ended up in hospital. Maybe My deal can look at a different carrier.
