In some of our product ranges, we use by-products such as honey, beeswax, propolis, royal jelly and snail secretions, and these are always clearly marked as vegetarian on our labels.

We endeavor to fulfill the order in 3 working days and allow 5-9 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you by Australia Post (depending on where you live in Australia) or by our courier partners. Orders can be sent to business addresses, PO Box addresses as well.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
