WHAT IS EGYPTIAN COTTON?

Egyptian cotton and normal cotton come from different plants, so their characteristics are going to be different naturally.

Egyptian cotton is a less stressed fabric due to being hand picked, leaving the fabric straight and intact. Egyptian Cotton fibres have the ability to be longer to create high quality very fine yarns which make it possible to make yarns without sacrificing the length, giving stronger and softer cotton, unlike regular cotton which has more interweaving strands.

Since pure Egyptian cotton is build with finer threads, they can be woven into each square inch and produce a finer and more consistent finish, ending up as a softer and more flexible fabric.
