Made with high quality polyurethane foam and steel bonnell springs, it is designed to be durable and to support each individuals natural contours. The medium firmness comfort level will help create a pleasant and refreshing night's sleep, and it is supplied in a box for easy handling and unpacking.

No assembly is required, just unpack, unroll and allow for a decompression time of 48hours before use.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box address or Parcel Lockers.

Products will usually be dispatched within 2 business days from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times can vary by location, where regional and country areas may take longer.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods. We will accept a change of mind if:-

the claim is lodged within 14 days of delivery.
a proof of purchase can be shown.
a Return Authorisation (RA#) is obtained from us in advance of goods being returned. Please do not organise the returns without notifying us first. We do not accept returns to be delivered in person to our warehouse.
the goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.

Deliveries

Claims relating to product damage upon delivery should be notified to our customer service team as soon as possible.

In the case of your purchase being delivered damaged, our service centre representative:-

May request photos of the damage.
Will offer a replacement or refund.
Will issue a Return Authorisation (RA#) for the damaged product to be collected and returned to us at our cost.
Please contact our service centre via your MyDeal account, Our service centre representative will assist with providing a return authority number.

Faulty product

If you have received a product which is faulty:-

Please contact our service centre via your MyDeal account, our service centre representative will assess the claim.
If there is a minor fault, we can offer either a replacement spare part, replacement unit or other suitable remedy.
If there is a major fault we can offer a replacement, repair or full refund
If the product was damaged through abnormal use, no refund or repair can be offered.
