The Xiaomi Dreame V9 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner delivers an impressive cleaning performance with a quick-start motor. The motor starts at 100krpm providing 120AW of inhalation power and 20kPa suction force to vacuum dust, hair and other debris for the most effective cleaning.
Cyclone separation technology
The system applies centrifugal force in multiple cyclones with powerful suction without being clogged by debris to achieve dirt pickup and separation. Any fine dust particles such as pollen get 99.99% cleaned in one sweep.
Multiple filtrations for an ultra-clean vacuuming
Dust particles as fine as 0.3 microns are removed after filtration, through the 5-stage and HEPA filter system. The exit air is ultra-clean and the filter can be washed in water for reuse.
Smart air-cooling system
To protect and maximise the battery life, the proprietary SmartCool 3.0 system is equipped to blow air around the battery for effective cooling.
Large electric-driven vacuuming head
The large soft-cloth vacuuming head with self-propelled mechanism allows highly efficient cleaning of a variety of particles, dirt and debris from the floor. The head comes with combs that prevent clogging due to hair and fibrous materials making vacuuming so much more worry free.
Long operation time
The Dreame Wireless Vacuum Cleaner is equipped with Samsung lithium batteries that provide an optimal balance on weight and energy. In the energy-saving mode, the appliance can operate continuously for 60 minutes and clean an area of about 380sq.m. Even in the strong suction mode for a difficult cleaning job, the charged batteries can last for 8 minutes without stopping.

WARRANTY
The warranty period commences from the date of sale of the product by a retailer to the consumer. Product are covered by a one year warranty, excluding consumables, such as brushes, mop pads and batteries, unless deemed faulty. Should you require warranty work to be performed within the warranty period, present your dated proof of purchase to your place of purchase.
This warranty:
(a) covers the product against faulty materials or workmanship
(b) covers the replacement of parts, the repair labour used, a refund of the price of the product or other compensation for the remainder of the warranty period.
CONSUMER GUARANTEE
For Products sold in Australia, this warranty is subject to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
For Products sold in New Zealand, this warranty is subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Law.
For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
1. To cancel your service contract with us; and
to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
2. To choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Gearbite.com.au provides the warranty in relation to any product (and any accessory supplied with it) sold by Gearbite that has been purchased in Gearbite.com.au when the product is determined by Gearbite to have a defect in its material or workmanship.
RETURN & REFUND
You may return any product you have purchased to us, that is not faulty, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased, and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid). In order to take advantage of this, you can return your item(s) with proof of purchase:
(a) Simply fill in the details on the Return Form located when you initiate a return through your account and your postage label will be emailed to you
(b) Attach the label and return the item(s) to us in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging.
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.
Registered users can print the postage label, view Return Requests and Status of each Return from My Account. Please ensure you are logged in when you request your Return.
PAYPAL
All orders purchased using PayPal must be returned through our online store, for a refund only. Orders made with PayPal may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.
REFUNDS
We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the products within 10 working days of the date we receive the returned item(s). All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition with all labels and product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you think a product is faulty, please contact us and our team will assist you with organising to return the product. If the item is deemed faulty, we will either issue a refund for the price you paid for the product or, if you wish, provide a replacement.
Where possible, please use or include with the product being returned, all original packaging and labels.
