What If My Parcel is Marked as Delivered but I Didn't Receive It?
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we’ll work to resolve the issue. After confirmation with our warehouse and the logistics company, we’ll arrange for a replacement parcel to be shipped to you. Please contact our customer service team with your order number for assistance.
What If My Parcel Hasn't Arrived?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. Once the loss is confirmed with our warehouse and the logistics provider, we will ship a replacement parcel to you. Reach out to our customer service team with your order number for support.
Shipping Rates
Can I Ship to a Different Address?
Yes, you can specify a different shipping address during checkout. This could be your work address or another preferred location. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers, as all deliveries require a signature. If no one is available at the delivery address, a card will be left by the courier with instructions for pickup.
What If I Receive the Wrong Item?
If the headphones you receive differ from what you ordered, we’ll promptly arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also handle the recycling of the incorrect unit. Please email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the received item.

Inspection and Return Requirements
We reserve the right to inspect any returned product to verify the issue. To facilitate a return:
The product must be returned in reasonable condition with all original accessories, proof of purchase, and relevant documentation.
While returning the product in its original packaging is not mandatory, it must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Include the shipping label and packing slip with your return.
Upon receiving the product, we will assess it and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the product is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
If we determine that the product is not faulty, the fault is due to misuse, or the issue falls outside the warranty terms, we reserve the right to:

Charge you for the return shipping and inspection costs.
