Please note that bulky deliveries over 5kg and in a few areas where it is not possible to redirect to the post office, the parcel may be held at the local courier depot instead. Where possible, our warehouse will try and use recycled cartons for our deliveries, just as safe and sturdy as a new carton but more friendly to the environment.
