Shipping Details

• We are not in business to "PROFIT" from shipping; So SHIPPING IS FREE or INCLUDED on all orders.

• We process all orders within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

• Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days with Full Tracking Service.

• As soon as we process and ship out your order, you will be provided with a tracking number of your order with further constant tracking & delivery updates till you receive your order.

• Please provide a detailed residential or business address at checkout along with contact number for the best service.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide further assistance on a case-by-case basis
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Conditions for Returns under CHANGE OF MIND

• Your item must be in a saleable condition, meaning all original packaging (including shrink wrap and security seals) must be fully intact and the item should be unopened, unwashed or otherwise unused.

• Any accessories, manuals and gifts included with the item must be returned.

• All labels and tags should still be attached.

• The product being returned is not on the exclusions list below.

• Return shipping is at the buyers’ expense for the change of mind returns

• Original shipping charges (including rural delivery fee) will not be refunded for change-of-mind returns.

• Please make sure you have your order number handy to make the process as smooth as possible.

• Once approved, you’ll be provided with the return details

• When we receive your item back our team will do a quick assessment and then issue you a refund for that product.

Exclusions

• Health and beauty products, including cosmetics and fragrances.

• Hosiery, underwear and swimwear.

• Bedding and accessories (e.g. pillows, mattress toppers/protectors etc.)

• Toilet Seats (if original packaging is removed)

RESTOCKING FEES MUST APPLY (UNDER CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS)

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
