1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Happy with delivery found it was well packed undone and spread on the bed to recover its full fill size fitted cover. Found it warm and not to heavy a very good product.
