Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

I thought I had already rated this tv stand but it is so god dam beautiful I'm happy to rave on about it all again It is exactly like the pictures a neutral pale blond wood yes it is real oak with a soft matt finish The door on the cabinets are gentle closing and the spaces inside are generous. Overall its a great buy and truly good value compared to the fake paper veneer styles everywhere.

Phenomenal! Looks exactly like I'd expected (wood is unique but same tone as the picture) and is absolutely stunning. It feels very solid, it's very heavy. The doors open and close so smoothly. Cannot recommend highly enough, it's everything I'd hoped it would be and more! It did have a chemically smell when I took it out of the box but that's already dissipating so I think it should go soon. If you're considering buying this - absolutely do! No regrets.
