Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This looks amazing. And the gas lift is just so useful. My mattress is an Eva spring mattress, it's pretty heavy, this gas lift only just holds it up, so the gas lift could be a slightly stronger gas strut. But it does still do the job. The frame itself is lovely, very nice colour and feel. And the price is very reasonable compared to other frames out there. I think this bed would be one of my best purchases, for value and looks. I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic bed! was a bit scared when the pistons wouldn't go down, however a quick google search found that the solution is to put your mattress on top of the frame and have 2 people pull down on the frame right where the pistons attach. The even pressure meant that the bed came down smoothly! watch your fingers! Highly recommended for storage and looks😍
