Due to the nature of this product, it is excluded from our change of mind policy.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Well made pieces, all packed securely on delivery. Very clear instructions with pieces all numbered, all bolts and nuts in neat sealed packet. All pieces went together well - I enjoyed doing it. Bed looks very neat with clear wood finish. Queen mattress fits well on it.

I am very happy with this purchase. Was a bit sceptical at first because of the price, wondering that perhaps it was not going to be a good product. It took a little while to receive (perhaps due to demand) but after contacting customer service it was resolved in 24h. My surprise then, was when received the bed, it was carefully packaged, and the assembly instructions so straightforward, and the bed looks great in the bedroom! I definitely recommend it :)
