We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)

Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

So, I read the other reviews when buying this product, as you do. A lot of reviews saying, "poor quality", "flimsy", etc. Some other reviews were positive, but it's always these negative ones which make you doubt. So my expectations were low. But what do you expect? It's all flat-pack stuff from China, right? You get what you pay for, right? So when we put it all together, I was immensely surprised. It's solid!! And it actually looks better than the advertised photos. The countertop part of the unit is thick and heavy. I was legit surprised. And pleased. I don't know what went wrong with the folks who reviewed this product poorly, I can only recommend it from my own experience with a 110% thumbs up!

The Duke Living Kitchen island trolley is brilliant value for money the wood grain top is really beautiful and it’s made with good quality materials. It’s very sturdy and it’s also very handy if you don’t have much bench space in your kitchen. I purchased it for my daughter and she couldn’t be happier to have somewhere to put her pots and pans and a good space to prep her family meals. I highly recommend this product !!

We love the portable work station. Can be moved to work area as extra counter space needed during prep work. Then moved out of way. Good storage under for oversized pots and pans and has 2 drawers which we use to store prep tools.

I bought this to use as a potting bench and it's perfect. Took some putting together as does all flat pack furniture but great value for money and looks great!
