We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)

Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our depot office or warehouse facilities.

Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

I’ve had very minimal luck with the quality and description of goods matching the advertising when purchasing items, so to say I was dubious of this chair and stool matching the description would not be a far stretch of the imagination, HOWEVER… The chair and stool was delivered in 2 days, No assembly was required which was an added bonus, it was packed very carefully and although the box sustained a beating being delivered, the furniture was not damaged in the slightest. The chair and stool are an EXACT match to the colour shown and the quality appears to be very sturdy and well crafted. In terms of comfort, it’s comfortable and relaxing, particularly with the foot rest at an optimal height, which for anyone that needs to keep their legs elevated like myself, it’s great for relieving that fluid build up. The high back of the chair fits me snuggly, I’m 5’5 and when allowing my head to fall back and rest there is plenty of height to ensure my head doesn’t flop back over the edge. I actually prefer to add a small cushion behind my shoulders for a more of an upright position but this is purely a personal choice due to nerve damage along my spine. Overall I’m very impressed with DukeLiving and the quality of furniture they’ve sold me not forgetting the fantastic turn around in having my purchase delivered in record time. I highly recommend this chair and foot stool and I’ll definitely be buying from DukeLiving all my future home needs. Thank You 🙏
