Change of Mind

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. I am very happy with the end result! I did have a bit of trouble assembling it though because the screws that came with it for one part were too long. In the end it worked perfectly with 25mm screws instead of 30mm.
