Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I bought two of these when thy were discounted, took a bit of time to arrive, but in the end it is a great product. As a crafter, this is an excellent cupboard for crafting items and perfect height for Cricut, and Big Shot machine users.. - depending on your height of course, I am 161cms and can feed in foiling and craft projects easily -... Excellent for it's intended purpose in the kitchen, again a great height so you don't get that kink in the middle of your back, good height for chopping, stirring, etc.. OH, and a good height for that handyman too to do drilling jobs - just don't drill through your cupboard top LOL -.. Definitely a good working table / trolley for keeping your back in the comfort zone LOVE it.. Just make sure you also know what you are doing when you put it together, experience definitely needed.
