Due to the nature of this product, it is excluded from our change of mind policy.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I have been wanting one of these bedheads for ages, finally got one and I'm very happy with it. It is very well made and sturdy. Really adds a special touch to the room. The delivery was quick, even though the charge was expensive, but then I have moved into the Regional parts? I found My Deal very easy to deal with and kept me informed about my delivery every step of the way. I will definitely deal with them again. Great experience.

Great product-exactly as described but great price. Delivery was good although was not dispatched within the 24-48 hours per the description-took over a week. Customer service was efficient, friendly & helpful.
