Due to the nature of this product, it is excluded from our change of mind policy.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Pleasently surprised at the quality of this product loved how the top had curved edges, added style to the unit. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Have purchased a lot of these flat pack items ,most are cheap and instructions not clear. This item very good value would look for this brand again.

This is a great shelving unit! Well made and looks brilliant. I have it near my front door to form a small barrier between the door and the living space and because it is open shelving, it achieves that effect without blocking light or visual space. It was very easy to assemble too.
