Due to the nature of this product, it is excluded from our change of mind policy.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Very sturdy bed and looks great. I had a bit of trouble with the bolts, the heads them started to mash on assembly but it came with spares so that worked out very well.

Looks to be decent quality. Feels solid. Got it on sale so the price was good. Disappointed that each of the (35?) foam blocks used in packaging were wrapped in individual plastic bags.

The bed frame arrived in good condition with plenty of packaging to avoid damage. Although the wood feels light, once assembled the bed is incredibly solid - it does not creak or groan and there is no wobble in the joins. The flat pack was pretty easy to follow and quick to build. The bed looks great and my mattress is comfortable on top. Very happy with the product and the customer service I received after purchase re the payment.

This bed is really nice, really solid and well constructed. It looks expensive, yet was very reasonably priced. An excellent find. Delivery was super efficient as well.

Looks gorgeous! Timeless design that will never date. So easy to assemble on my own and the bonus tool that came with it made it even easier to put together!
