Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Easy to assemble, looks as good as the photos and durable material that has weathered well so far. I would recommend sealing the timber before assembling it, for easier access to all the palings. It is sturdy and easy to wipe down and the cushions don't absorb dirt or dust. I use a blower on them every few days, which keeps them clean. The cushions are not soft, so not overly comfortable, but they do hold their shape well and support your back. I am happy with it and my husband who was against the purchase, has been pleasantly surprised that it wasn't cheap junk.
