Our warehouse is closed between 29/06/2025 to 11/07/2025. We will dispatch the orders from 15/07/2025. Thank you for your understanding.

"No Hassles" 30 Day Return Policy

We guarantee a ‘No Hassles′ Return and Refund policy within 30 days from the purchase date. (Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges and 15% restocking fee, when you return the item to us, you agree to pay for the shipping fee for both way). We will refund you once item returned to our warehouse with all original packaging and accessories and in resell-able condition.

Item Damage or Faulty

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will take responsibility for it. Please contact us immediately, you should provide with us the following information

- Details of the defect or damage.

- photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

- your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase.

Our in-store team will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange may be offered.

Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.
