· Returns or exchanges for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
· After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes full responsibility.

4. No Refund for Damaged Returns
· If a returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, no refund or exchange will be provided.
5. Refund Eligibility
· A full product refund will only be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
· If the packaging is damaged, a 30% repackaging fee may apply, or the item may be returned to the customer.
· Products with missing or significantly damaged packaging cannot be returned.
· Installed, used, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery (VERY IMPORTANT)
· We recommend checking your goods upon delivery and advising us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
· This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
