How to Use

1. Prep the under-eye area with an eye cream, like the e.l.f. Holy Hydration! Eye Cream, followed by a primer.
2. Use the large doe foot applicator to apply the concealer to desired areas, such as under the eyes, on blemishes, or areas of redness.
3. Gently blend the product using your finger, a sponge, or a concealer brush. For areas needing more coverage, stipple the product, and buff out the edges for a seamless finish.
