Returns Policy

We provide as much information as possible to ensure you get the right costume, by providing photo's, sizing information & accurate descriptions. However if the costume is not ideal, then you can Return & Exchange within 30 Days not a problem at all. Return postage is payable both ways by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a Damaged or Faulty item, please contact us immeadiatly, So we can provide a replacement item for you as quickly as possible. Please include photos and a description of the problem, along with your name and order number.
