How does it work?
The Direct TENS machine is attached to the skin via electrodes, it sends an electrical pulse to the outer and deeper nerves to alleviate discomfort by blocking the pain signal sent to the brain. The pain-relief is most efficient during nerve stimulation treatment, the effects can last long-after the treatment has been completed.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.
a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
