It restores and supports the body's electrolytes, helps enhance the body's energy reserves and contains minerals to support muscle function. Ener-C SPORT is suitable for pre and post work out.

Directions:
Dissolve 1 scoop into 500 mL of water and drink. Do not exceed 2 scoops daily.
