Ener-C contains natural fruit juice powders and is free from artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners. Ener-C is suitable for adults, vegans and vegetarians, travellers and those wanting a natural energy boost or hydration. Ener-C is free from gluten, dairy and lactose.

WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Directions:
Take 1-2 sachets daily. Empty contents of 1-2 sachets into a glass of water (250 mL) and drink, or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
