ENHANCE Tabletop RPG Organizer Case Collector's Edition. Upgraded with the power of Dragon Scales, along with a collectible metal charm keychain and holographic sticker to mark the exclusivity of your Collector's Edition DnD Binder. An all-in-one storage case for RPG players. Features a unique binder design with custom compartments for dice, miniatures, class ability cards, and more. Also features two sides, each with various compartments. The left side has a large dice rolling tray, a removable pencil/accessory pouch, and a spare document compartment behind the dice tray area. The right side is a foam tray with 16 slots for miniature figures and a modular section for storing cards, dice, and other accessories. In the center is a divider with a transparent panel to store and protect a character sheet; players can write directly onto the transparent panel with dry erase markers—a unique feature of the ENHANCE RPG Organizer Case.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
