I found the Enigma V10 with its powerful suction and spinning brush head to be the vacuum cleaner I was looking for. It is far superior to the previous vacuum cleaner (without the spinning brush head) it replaces. Because it is corded I can use it as long as it takes to clean the floors without losing power or having to interrupt the cleaning to recharge the battery for some hours. I am very with my purchase and can highly recommend it. George

Easy to use, glides effortless effortlessly. The led light on brush makes it easy to see pet hair etc.

Received the Enigma v10 vacuum cleaner quickly via Australia Post. It's a bit early to tell what the performance of this unit is like over a short time. Can't see why it shouldn't be a problem. As we have polished floor boards with dog hairs quite predominant, the test will be on. Favoring a corded unit over the cordless model, is purely eliminating regular charging and the purchase of a secondary battery. Service and delivery of the unit has been excellent. N.L.

This vac is easy to handle and is quieter than my last one. Quite happy with its performance and the delivery was quick with good communication vis emails.
