How to Use

To prepare a 230 mL serving:

1. Add 195 mL of cold water to a glass.

2. Gradually add 6 level scoops (enclosed) or 53.8 g of Ensure® Powder while stirring.

3. Mix until completely dissolved.

An 850 g can yields approximately 16 x 230 mL servings.
