How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days unless there are extraordinary circumstances where this time may be slightly longer i.e. during a sale or where this falls on a public holiday.

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• Perth Metro: 1-5 business days

• WA regional: 5-7 business days

• Interstate: 7-14 business days

   

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

It’s your feedback that has made our products better and better over the past 30 years, so please let us know!

We understand that every customer has different likes, dislikes, and expectations of our products. Sometimes you might not like a particular product so we advise that as a first time user; purchase our smallest bottle size and do a test to see if you like it. Then if you do like it order the larger sizes to save money and on plastic!

Please understand that we cannot provide refunds, exchanges or returns if you simply don’t like the product after opening.
