The Fitness Hero EPDM gym mats measure 1m by 1m with a 15mm thickness, featuring a durable EPDM surface designed for gym environments. EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber known for its excellent noise and vibration dampening, insulation properties, and flexibility to adapt to uneven floors for a smooth finish.

These tiles offer superior durability, easy maintenance, and a seamless feel compared to standard rubber flooring. Ideal for both commercial and home gyms, they provide outstanding shock absorption, noise reduction, and slip resistance, each tile weighing approximately 13.5kg.

The top layer of these gym tiles is coated with high-quality synthetic EPDM rubber, protecting against water and dirt. Made from 100% SBR rubber with a strong PU binder, they have a density of 1000kg/m3, making them more durable than most rubber tiles in Australia.

Tested for non-slip safety (AS4586:2013), these mats resist heat, ozone, and weather, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Using the right flooring like this extends the life of your weightlifting and fitness equipment.
