Change of Mind
We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. You will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost of the product.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy

I previously bought an Ergo Duke from My Deal and when I saw this one at a much reduced price I thought I'd get a second one for my home office. I used these at work before I retired and find them to be not only the most comfortable office chair but also very durable.

Accurate product description and appearance. Fast delivery. The chair is very comfortable and stylish too. Easy to put together. Very robust and sturdy. This is a total value for money. Cant ask for more.

Like some people have mentioned this chair is on smaller side, i am 176cm tall and on the max height setting that around perfect height for me, anyone taller will have bent knees. Not really an issue as you could just replace the gas cylinder as it is not fixed directly to the seat and legs. The chair is pretty comfy and bounces a bit when get on and off the seat which is nice, the mesh is firm, lets see how long the mesh will last.

-1 month ownership- Built in ~30min with just one pair of hands. A great value for $ ergo chair. Base is polymer-reinforced steel; backrest and headrest is full nylon mesh whilst seat is mesh covering a rim of upholstery; arm rests consist of dense foam. All the aforementioned features plus lumbar support are adjustable and also lock securely in the desired position. At max. extension, there is an average clearance between the seat and ground. I'm an average guy in some, but not all, proportions and, at 177cm, these knees perch at about 90 degrees - give or take. As mentioned before and at a AU 199 price tag, you afford yourself a structurally sound little piece of equipment from a relatively unknown brand which can seat a behind comfortably for +8hrs sessions. However, one does sacrifice the nuanced accoutrement and exotic materials of much more expensive brands. Personally, it was a change from a PU leather and foam upholstered throne, and the variety of personalisation plus breath-ability are a much appreciated change. 10/10 would buy again (Y) Thankyou, Ergoduke

Nice chair with lots of areas for adjustment. The only issue is the overall seat height. I'm 178cm tall and the chair is too low on the maximum setting. The gas cylinder is too short. I swapped out the gas cylinder from my Ikea chair (not easy by the way) and now the chair is at a good usable height. If your over 175cm you may want to consider another chair or replacing the factory gas cylinder.
