We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)

Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

I'm so glad I found this chair. It's everything I've been looking for. It's comfortable, stylish, and well-made. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great chair. I wanted a gaming chair but I ended up buying this.

it was 180 + 40 shipping due to where i live, otherwise the value is even higher. It has been one week since i got the chair, It has been great. very solid. the only down side so far is the lumber support is kinda useless. otherwise it is great. but for 200$ and under, i think it is a no brainer.

When I purchased this chair, my expectations weren't very high but I was hopeful. I work from home and use the chair between 8-12 hours a day. I was blown away by how quickly it was delivered, the packaging was secure and safe, the quality of the parts was excellent and it was wonderfully easy to build and most importantly very comfortable given the price point. The headrest was not something I thought I would use but after a couple of weeks of use, I think I would miss it very much. It comes with one tool which is all you need to put it together although I would recommend a socket set or spanner set to securely tighten the bolts. There are a few very minor improvement suggestions; 1. the gas lift doesn't go very high (only a problem for higher tables) 2. The armrests are a little hard for my liking 3. The armrests move up and down but they do not move horizontally (allowing for the chair to be pushed into the desk further). Subject to how long it lasts and how well it wears, I would recommend this chair and probably buy it again if it was available.
