Due to the nature of this product, it is excluded from our change of mind policy.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

This is the chair you need to buy if you want to save your back and you bank account. Definitely worth every cent and you will be happy. Just find a video online for assembly and you're set.

Very good chair for home office. This was also the best deal at the time I purchased. Delivery time was reasonable and easy to assemble. Has many adjustment functionalities. Would definitely recommend Mydeal and Ergohuman to anyone.
