Basic Espro Milk Jug Instructions:

• Fill 1/2 to 3/4 with chilled milk.
• Steam the surface of the milk for 1-5 seconds to create microfoam.
• Submerge the steam wand so that the milk circulates in the toroid pattern.
• When your milk reaches your target temperature, shut off the steam.
• Tap the jug and give it a swirl to create a smoother milk texture.
• Pour and enjoy. 

The specialised spout is shaped to give you great control over the intensity and speed of your pour, opening the door to better, more precise latte art.
